Drive Up Your Revenue at Green Lines

We work intensely to ensure you have a variety of freight along with excellent rates. The strategic locations of our eight terminals help ensure we can find return loads efficiently, and in a timely manner. Our driver turnover is extremely low, and we focus on top-tier driver pay and benefits.

 

Requirements for Employment

  • Valid Class A CDL from state of residence
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months, no more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months.
  • No DUIs, DWIs, etc. in the last 5 years.
  • Minimum 22 years of age
  • Drivers must have 1 year of verifiable flatbed experience or 2 years of verifiable experience in the operation of Tractor/Trailer equipment.
  • Any driver who does not meet the experience level must participate in a 4 week training program.
  • Student drivers must be able to provide training documents with a final GPA of 90% or better from an accredited training school.
  • We only hire the BEST!

Paid weekly with direct deposit.
Pay Scale generated from 100% of Rate.

Starting Pay: 24.5%

  • 3 months from hire date: 25.5%
  • 1 year anniversary date: 27%
  • 2 year anniversary date: 27.5%
  • 3 year anniversary date: 28.25%
  • 4 year anniversary date: 29%
  • 5 + year anniversary date: 29.5%

(*2 or more years verifiable flatbed = Start 27%*)
Drivers receive 50% of all stop-off, detention, and no-load charges.

Vacation Time

Driver vacation pay is based on your average gross earnings from the previous year. Number of days depends on years of service.

  • After 90 days = 5 days
  • Beginning year 2 = 10 days
  • Beginning year 5 = 15 days
  • Beginning year 10 = 20 days
  • Beginning year 15 = 25 days

Driver Appreciation Program
