Compensation


Requirements

  • 22 years of age
  • Valid CDL from state of residence
  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months, no more than 4 moving violations in the last 3 years
  • No more than 1 preventable accident in the last 12 months.
  • No DUIs, DWIs, etc. in the last 5 years.
  • Drivers must have 1 year of verifiable experience in the operation of Tractor/Trailer equipment.
  • Any driver who does not meet the experience level must participate in a 4 week training program.
  • Student drivers must be able to provide training documents with a final GPA of 90% or better from an accredited training school.  We only hire the best.

Pay Scale generated from 100% of Rate

  • 0-6 months..............23%
  • 6 months-1 year......23.5%
  • 1-2 years.................24%
  • 2-6 years.................25%
  • 6-9 years.................26%
  • 9-12 years...............27%
  • 12+ years................28%

 

Miscellaneous Charges

  • Drivers receive 1/2 of all stop-off, detention, and no load charges.

 

Paid Time Off

  • P.T.O. is based on your average gross earnings from the previous year.
  • 90 days of service required for P.T.O.
  • 90 days=5 days
  • Beginning of 3rd year=8 days
  • Beginning of 5th year=10 days
  • Beginning of 7th year=12 days
  • Beginning of 10th year=15 days
  • Beginning of 13th year=18 days
  • Beginning of 16th year=20 days
